In most circumstances, I will ship your order within 2 business days. If it will take longer, I will contact you via email or telephone to let you know when your order will be shipped. Vacation schedules will be posted on the website as well as holiday closures. I ship most of my products Priority Mail via the US Postal Service. I have found that this is the fastest and most economical way to ship. Since many of my products are made with all natural ingredients, it is important that they reach their destination quickly and efficiently. Shipping costs are determined by your order total, with a price breaks at $30 and free shipping above $75. Free shipping applies to shipments within the United States only. International retail orders are charged a flat rate of $20 regardless of order size.

Refunds will be made on all returned merchandise regardless of reason. You must notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery if you wish to return any merchandise. We must receive the merchandise within 30 days. You will receive your refund when we receive the merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable and we do not pay for return shipping under most circumstances. Replacement products will be shipped free of charge. Since the products are handcrafted you can expect to see product variation and color changes over time. Proper storage is essential. Store all products in a cool, dry and dark location. I list all of the ingredients so if you have any known allergies or sensitivities read through the ingredients carefully.
